ACOS S.p.A. serves as the parent company of the ACOS Group.
The group, operating in the lower Alessandria area, is composed of six corporations active in the fields of energy, water, the environment, and the management of sports facilities.

Specifically, the industrial holding company ACOS S.p.A. owns:

75% of the capital of ACOS Energia S.p.A., a company specializing in the commercialization of natural gas and electricity;
100% of the capital of RETI S.r.l., a company specializing in the distribution of natural gas;
100% of the capital of ACOSì S.r.l., a company specializing in condominium and public heating management;
63.21% of the capital of Gestione Acqua S.p.A., a company managing the Integrated Water Service;
54% of the capital of Gestione Ambiente S.p.A., a company involved in the collection and transport of solid and urban waste;
97.72% of the capital of Anemos s.s.d.a.r.l., a company managing sports facilities.
The companies mentioned above constitute the consolidation area pursuant to Law no. 127/91.54.

ACOS S.p.A. is ISO 9001:2015 certified for the following activities: Holding activities focused on management operations, the provision of administrative services, coordination of logistical services, and services in support of its subsidiaries operating in the energy, water, and environmental sectors.
