Objective: The second call for Microprojects under the Italy-France ALCOTRA 2021-2027 cooperation program offers an opportunity for actors with less experience in cooperation to position themselves in cross-border projects.
Eligible Areas of Intervention (Specific Objectives – OS):
- Education, Training, and Bilingualism (OS1)
- Tourism and Culture (OS2)
Eligible Beneficiaries: Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MPMI)
Municipalities, unions of municipalities, and Mountain Unions
In Italy, eligible beneficiaries are located in the Autonomous Region of Valle d’Aosta, the Provinces of Cuneo and Imperia, and the Metropolitan City of Turin.
Funding Allocation
Education, Training, and Bilingualism projects: €500,000
Tourism and Culture projects: €1,000,000
Funding Support
Non-repayable grant covering up to 80% of the total eligible expenses.
Eligible Interventions
Microprojects with a budget ranging from €25,000 to €75,000.
Maximum project duration: 18 months from grant notification.
Each microproject must address only one of the specific objectives and contribute to:
- (OS1) Improving equal access to quality and inclusive services in education, training, and lifelong learning through the development of accessible infrastructure, including promoting resilience in online and distance learning.
- (OS2) Strengthening the role of culture and sustainable tourism in economic development, social inclusion, and social innovation.
